It’s time for the first face to face Congress since COVID-19. How wonderful to come together and share our experiences again. Lots of work is waiting for us in the Business Sessions and lots of fun in the spaces in between.
Some of us may not be able to travel to St Kitts to attend Congress due to the costs and exchange rates. Whole or partial sponsorship may be needed to get those who really wish to attend to Congress. This sponsorship may be in the form of a donation towards a BPW member's flight, hotel, Congress fee, or to support attending an event while at Congress.
BPW Sponsoring – from those who stay at home
If you don’t have the time to travel to St. Kitts, do you have the capacity to support a BPW with a contribution? If so, you could ...
- Buy 1 or more Donation Tickets, 20 EUR each, for the Young BPW Congress Fund in the ticket shop.
- Buy 1 or more Donation Tickets, 20 EUR each, for the BPW International Aid Fund in the ticket shop.
- Buy an event ticket (e.g. Gala or Farewell Dinner or 5-days ticket) in the ticket shop to support a BPW, calling it Sponsoring Ticket, and send it to congress@bpw-international.org. We know who needs support.

If you are coming, are you in a position to support another BPW member? It may be sharing a room, it may be buying a ticket for someone to attend the events, or it may be you have a small amount of funds you could donate to assist.
- Buy 1 or more Donation Tickets, 20 EUR each, for the Young BPW Congress Fund in the ticket shop.
- Buy 1 or more Donation Tickets, 20 EUR each, for the BPW International Aid Fund in the ticket shop.
- Let us know if you would like to stay with a BPW from St. Kitts for a Home Stay. We know who has a guest bed and is offering it to a BPW during the congress.
- Contact us to share your room with a BPW or buy an event ticket (e.g. Gala or Farewell Dinner or 5-days ticket) in the ticket shop to support a BPW, calling it Sponsoring Ticket, and send it to congress@bpw-international.org. We know who needs support.
